Balık avlayarak ailesini doyuran bir baba, işler iyi gitmeyince Viking akınına katılır. Baba uzun bir süre boyunca eve dönmeyince ailesi endişelenir. Babasının yerini alan kızı Rura, ormanda keşif yaparken tehlikeli bir şeyin yaklaştığını hisseder. Ormanda bulduğu yaralı bir askeri eve götüren ve onu iyileştiren kız, bu askerin şeytani bir varlıktan kendilerini koruması için gönderildiğini keşfeder. 2019 İsveç yapımı The Huntress: Rune of the Dead filmini Rasmus Tirzitis yönetiyor. Aksiyon, gerilim ve korku türündeki film 19 Ekim 2019 tarihinde gösterime girdi.
